Thank you to everyone who supported our Hands Off! rally in Dover on Saturday, whether you helped from the sidelines or marched in the street. We need everyone to make this movement successful! Hope to see you this Sunday at the next monthly meeting!

Rally 4/19
Stay tuned for details on our next rally on 4/19. Please send an email if you would like to help us out with planning or day-of duties. In the meantime, drop by Dover Lowe's this Saturday (12th) at noon for weekly sign-waving!
Food Bank
Due to a loss of federal funding, the Food Bank of Delaware needs more help to support our neighbors. We will be accepting canned food donations at our next meeting and will handle delivery. Please see below for the most needed items. If you are interested in finding additional ways to help, consider volunteering, making a monetary donation, and/or starting your own fundraising drive to share on social media.

Call! Call! Call!
Keep calling! Set an alarm to call your members of Congress daily. The app/ website 5calls.org can help with contact information and issue information/ call scripts. Demand accountability for the tariff wreckage, Signalgate, inhumane treatment across the board, knee-capping of Social Security, aggression towards allies, especially Canada and Denmark/ Greenland. Let them know we have their backs, and send a special thanks to Representative McBride who showed up in Dover to speak to and inspire us.

Get the Word Out
One of the most important things we can do right now is speak out. Silence is complicity. It’s important to let others know they are not alone, and seeing people speak out in person, on social media and in the streets communicates the urgency of the moment and encourages others to speak up. Courage is contagious.
Rush Hour Resistance – Please join other members for Rush Hour resistance at noon at Dover Lowe’s on Saturday. Can’t make it then? Start your own! Make a sign, grab some friends, and hit the streets. If there is a public sidewalk, you are permitted to be there if you are not blocking passage. Let us know your plans so we can communicate them to the broader group.
#TeslaTakeDown Join the movement to hit Elon Musk where it hurts! From all accounts, these protests are fun and effective.

Make your Own Protest Tesla at the Christiana Mall! Public sidewalks on Center Blvd South outside the entrances to Costco or Christiana Fashion Centers are high traffic areas close to the Tesla Christiana Mall location. Let us know your plans so we can alert our group and other local Indivisibles.
